We have grown a number of cucumber cultivars and we find that by comparison, this one adds the most luxury to your garden and your palate.
With tight nodes and clusters of vibrant flowers, each plant produces continuous ladders of opulent, apple sized fruits. The plants themselves are gorgeous and attract all kinds of pollinators.
Cucumbers do not tolerate cool temperatures well.
Transplants should be prepared indoors 4 weeks before planting outdoors after last frost, and once the soil temperature has warmed to at least 18°C (65°F).
Recommended germination method: Germinate into cell packs 1.25cm (1/2") deep. Optionally you can direct sow into warm soil at the same depth.
Germination temperature range: 16°C-32°C (60°F-90°F)
Optimum germination temperature: 26°C (80°F)
Spacing: Space groups of two 24-36" apart.
