We take seed quality very seriously and guarantee our cultivars to be the genetics they say they are. We use tracking methods that allow us to ensure our suppliers and breeders live up to our standard.

Note: Due to variances in growing environments/weather and the issues it can cause, from nutrient availability to plant pests and diseases, we do not provide a guarantee on results.
We take great pride in any live plant we sell or ship and special care is taken to ensure their healthy arrival. Should the plants arrive in a distressed state (ie. wilted from dryness or broken) please contact us with clear images and a description of the issue.
For fresh cut flowers quality is subject to availability and these cannot be refunded.
